SPECIALTY VALVES

CMD offers Its 3 Piece Ring Valve in extra long lasting CPM 9V tool steel for glass filled applications, and in situations where extremely long wear life is desired. Recommended for small to medium size valves.

The wear surfaces on the valve body are filled with a special wear resistant weldment to add extra life to the ring valve assembly. Recommended for medium to large size valves.

Wider, shallower flutes give better flow and tend to wash out passageways where sticking is a problem.

Our paddle wheel style valve body gives a wide flow area combined with a plastic mixing action. Click here to see a picture of a paddle wheel style 3 piece ring valve assembly.

A guided ball insert is available in our front discharge ball check to allow quick and direct seating of the ball where quicker shut off is important.
